Meet The Owners

Joanne Anderson, R.N., B.A
Joanne grew up and attended college in Sioux Falls, SD and received her degree in nursing in 1978. She has experience working as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings including hospitals, the Department of Health and Welfare, supervising in-home personal care of disabled children and adults, and as a service coordinator. The experience that she received as a Nurse Supervisor gave her the desire to assist families, children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In 1995, along with Lori Rainboth-Owen, Joanne founded A&R Case Management. For more than 20 years, she has continued to enjoy assisting families, children and adults in reaching the greatest level of independence as possible. When Joanne is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, as well as traveling and scrapbooking.
